A Travel Warning is also issued when the U.S. Government’s ability to assist American citizens is constrained due to the closure of an embassy or consulate or because of a drawdown of its staff. Can I correct that definition to suit my needs… I’m thinking, “Travel Warnings are issued to describe potentially long-term psychological damage that will result from entering a country, and especially submitting oneself to the beliefs of its people, via personal contact or exposure to their media.”

So, I’d like to issue one…
